I have never been comfortable going to the dentist, I’m not sure where the fear came from, but I have avoided it like the plague. I visited Thorpe Lea Dental Practice and met Colin Houston. He was absolutely fantastic, he encouraged me to speak about my fear and was extremely patient, he took his time to explain everything, what I needed, the process and timelines. As a result I have now had numerous visits as the treatment required is extensive, every time he shows a genuine interest in how I am, and during the treatment frequently checks I am ok and is very good at reading my body language. I no longer have a fear and just wished I’d met him sooner. I cannot speak more highly of him."
