When you make your first appointment you will be given a welcome pack. Upon arrival your personal details will be confirmed and you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire.

The dentist will then have an informal chat with you about your specific concerns or wishes. At your first consultation, the dentist will carry out an extensive examination of your teeth and gums. They may also take a set of digital x-rays and digital photographs.

After the examination your dentist will discuss the results with you and any treatment options will be outlined. Once a treatment plan has been finalised you will be given a written estimate and the chance to discuss payment options.
