Gum Lift
The health and appearance of gums plays an important role in the general aesthetics of a smile. A cosmetic ‘gum lift’ can produce a remarkable improvement of a smile. The gum lift is a simple surgical procedure in which the gums are recontoured to improve not only their appearance, but also the size, shape and emerging appearance of the teeth. The procedure is performed on one visit and usually heals quickly. Maturity of the gums to their final position take approximately 8 to 12 weeks.
